Smoothies

I was craving for a smoothie drink the other day but they are sold so ex outside. So I thought why not make my own. Stumbled upon this smoothie recipe for kids and it looks simple, nutritious and yummy. Will try it out. Hope our food fussy princess will like it.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of your child's favorite fruit, such as peaches, bananas, pineapples, strawberries, mangos, etc.
3/4 cup of yogurt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar/honey (optional)

PREPARATION:
1) Peel the fruit (if necessary) and cut them up into small pieces.
2) Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend till smooth.
3) Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a straw.

TIPS:
Add ice or use frozen fruit if you really want to serve it cold.

thanks for hte recipe,i'll have to try this one!:) perhaps a few more days when all of us have recovered from flu...sigh.
