Ying Ying had a busy Sunday last wkend.
First we took her to her Kindermusik class at Babies and Cream at Great World City. Her usual instructor, Ms H wasn't around and I think Ying Ying preferred her to the relief instructor. That was our 5th sessions and we have 3 more to go.

So far, Ying Ying and I really enjoy the Kindermusik songs and activities compared to the BabyYoga which hubby said was a waste of time and money since the movements and songs were so simple. True enough, the BabyYoga class was closed after we attended for only 3 sessions. It must be a blessing in disguise because it was then that I made the switch to Kindermusik and we never looked back since!
Guess I will probably sign up for another series of 8 sessions (with a different theme). But this time round, I will go the main Kindermusik outlet at Tanglin Mall instead because it offers weekday classes and has a variety of timings. Then Ying Ying and I can do other things (like going to the zoo) with her papa as a family on our precious Sundays. (By the way, only 1 parent per child is allowed during class time to prevent overcrowding.)
Also, I hope there would be a better mix of age group at Tanglin Mall outlet. Right now, all the babies in Ying Ying's class are younger than her or around her age. I think slightly older babies will be good because they tend to demonstrate more advanced skills and thereby motivate darling to model after them.
Anyway, after her Kindermusik class, we went to NUH to visit her grandma, who was as usual happy to see her.
Since the weather was good (the sun was bright but not hot), we took Ying Ying swimming at my in-laws' condo pool. That was her second time in the pool and she had so much fun splashing around. She chuckled the loudest when we do the disappearing-under-the-water act in front of her. We spent about half an hour in the pool. Think we should bring her swimming more often! :)
