Yeah!!! I finally got down to creating a blog delicated to my 10-mth old darling, Faith Ang Xin(1) Ying(3) aka Ying Ying. I was inspired to set up a blog because I really enjoy reading blog entries written by other mothers. Previously, I never had the time as I was teaching full-time. Now that I am on extended childcare leave, there is no excuse for me not to do so! (Though this certainly does not imply that I am very free now!)
Time just flies so fast when we spend time with Ying Ying and I really hope to capture bits and pieces of the our memorable moments here before eventually I forget about them. (I am getting on with age - I will hit the big 3-0 next August!) In fact, my memories of her first few months are starting to become a little fuzzy. Although I have been diligently taking photos of Ying Ying since birth, photos can only tell us that much right? Also, sometimes things just happen in a flash and photos are not taken. I hope when Ying Ying grows up, I would be able go back to all my blog entries and narrate to her little anecdotes of how she was in her younger days! :)
Well, it is really not easy being a SAHM (Stay-At-Home-Mum) without a maid. But still I resolve to blog on a regular basis. I can only blog in the middle of the night or during the wee hours of the morning (like now) when Ying Ying retreats to dreamland. Other than that, my personal time is really scarce!
