I have been thinking of getting Ying Ying an indoor slide since she was always so excited when playing on one in school. But I didn't wanna spend much so I did a search on Yahoo auction and I nearly got her a second-hand little Tikes slide at a cool $100. It was originally priced at $120 but the seller agreed to $100 because I have bought from her previously. To my dismay, another bidder got ahead of me and the bid price went up to $145! I am thinking I must as well get a brand new one myself at $179 at aprisin plus free delivery somemore. Husband thinks it is a waste of money since slides can be found at the two playgrounds near our block. Well, I hate to say this but he is right lah. Next on my wishlist - a kitchen play set for Ying Ying! I have fond memories of playing with the school's kitchen set when I was in pre-primary. But the good ones from little tikes and step 2 are really costly - $200 and above. I am still thinking if the money will be well-spent or not. Haiz! Am I being too indulgent???
