This exersaucer is my lifesaver toy for meimei. I plonk her down in it several times a day whenever I am busy with Ying Ying or doing other stuff around the house and she loves it. She enjoys being supported upright and she can preoccupy herself with the surrounding toys.
Now I am thinking of moving this to my IL's place (where we visit about once or twice a week) and get a new one for our hse but the hefty price tag is putting me off. It will cost about $200-300 depending on the model. Exersaucers are rather bulky so space is another issue too.
I have thought of renting one but it cost around $40-60/mth and husband thinks it is crazy cos we might as well buy a new one which cost about 4 times more but we get to keep it. Then again, why not use the same amount of $ to get 4 different types to play with and not having to face the problem of storage in future? After all, she will probably outgrow this in slightly over half a year when she learns to walk.
Hmmmm.....I am still contemplating whether to buy, rent or simply, make do with what we have now. With the economy in recession, we better be more frugal now. :/
