This morning, I took meimei to the Sengkang polyclinic for her Hepatitis B vaccination (3rd dose) . Husband was busy with work so I had to bring her there myself (we usually go together).
I found out our chubby girl weighs 9.395kg at 8mths+12days. Heheheheh. I wonder if she would hit 10kg before she turns 1..... (Even though we own a digital weighing scale at home, I am too lazy to keep tab on her weight gain. Besides, the infant scale used at the clinic seems to be more sensitive and accurate since it gives a 3-decimal reading as compared to our 1-decimal one at home.)
Anyway, meimei was totally brave and calm. She didn't even realise she was being injected in her left thigh by the nurse. Maybe her thigh was too chunky to feel the pain. HAHAHAHAA.....
Later, I went to do some shopping at Compasspoint. Unfortunately, I got carried away and couldn't rush back in time to pick up Ying Ying from her schoolbus. I was 10-15mins late despite running (literally) with the stroller. I actually called the auntie to inform her that I would be late and ask her to send the rest of the kids back first but she chose to wait for me! So paiseh, man. tsk tsk.

In times like this, I WISH I HAVE A CAR. It takes less than 5mins to drive from Compasspoint back home but I take 35-40mins to reach home via MRT and LRT. Unbelievable, right? So close, yet so far. What a waste of time! :(
