There is a reason to look forward and celebrate the 9th of each month. Today, Mei Mei turns 2mth old and Ying Ying 32mth old! We are definitely going to have a mini celebration later! Why wait until their yearly birthdays right? heehee... :)
p.s. To add icing to the cake, salary announcement for civil service is often made on the 9th too!
