We took Ying Ying to Bishan library to return and borrow some books last week. It is one of our favourite libraries because the children's section there is well-stocked with a variety of titles. The Sengkang library at Compasspoint is the worst. Books for toddlers there are extremely limited and those available are frequently in poor condition with torn pages and scribbles all over.
