I was cooking instant noodles for supper and as usual I cracked an egg in. I was about to add it in the saucepan when I noticed something strange about the egg... lo and behold! A double yolk egg!!! I only encountered this once or twice in my lifetime and the last time I have seen this is more than a decade ago I think. I quickly showed it to hubby excitedly but he gave me a disgusted look. Guess it is kinda gross eating what might have turned out to be twin chicks (if the egg was fertilised I mean). Anyway, I didn't get a chance to eat it in the end cos I had to attend to Ying Ying. Meanwhile, hubby was so enticed by the aroma of the noodles that he devoured the whole bowl... including the twin yolks. Eeeks!
