Potato and Carrot

Last night, I pulled out our dusty electronic weighing scale which was hiding below our bed and discovered:

- Meimei aka Potato weighed 11kg at 13mth.
- Ying Ying aka Carrot weighed 13.5kg at 43mth
.

A difference of only 2.5kg between the two sisters who are 30mths apart!

Indeed, meimei has grown so big that she is now comfortably wearing 18mth-2T clothes even though she is barely 14mth! (Just a comparison, Ying Ying didn't even hit 10kg past her 2nd birthday! Her wt was always hovering around 9.5-9.8kg then.) This is a 'happy' problem for me - afterall, which mother doesn't want her baby to be big and chubby, right? But husband thinks it is better for her not to get too big lest she gets teased by others in future. We shall see - maybe meimei will get trimmer when she gets more active.

Note: Ying Ying nicknamed meimei potato and calls herself carrot. She said I am the egg yolk and Papa is the egg white. Funny girl, lah.
