Gosh. I never knew red spinach is such a highly sought-after commodity in the fresh vegetable section. Everytime they are sold out everywhere just when I needed them (to make Ying Ying's porridge). -_-
Then 2wks ago, fed up of having to hunt for it for many days, I decided to buy up all the 4 bunches of spinach I could see at NTUC to make frozen cooked spinach cubes which can be kept up to 9mths (according to author of Super Baby Food)! I made a total of 64 cubes. This means I need not buy any more spinach for the next 2-3 mths. Heheheh!!!
